Update: It’s been about 2.5 months now that I’ve been taking these pills. I have been taking the 3 pills daily at night usually after eating dinner. My face has cleared up so much but I am also using a tumeric face wash. I break out a little before I get my period but my face isn’t even close to how it used to be. That was the thing that made me so self conscious. Now I get compliments about how clear my skin looks. I also notice I’m not as moody and I have a bit more energy than I used to. When I first started taking the pills I was already a month late for my period. I started taking them Nov. 13, 2020. I got my period Dec. 13, 2020. 26 days later I got my period again. I started testing for ovulation about 4 days after my period ended. Today I got a high fertility so I’m going to start trying. I’ll update you guys soon if I get pregnant. *fingers crossed* If this works I know it’s because of these pills. I’ve been taking these for about a week now. I was recently diagnosed with pcos. The goal is to still have a baby but tracking ovulation is hard because my periods fluctuate constantly. So far I’ve noticed my face clearing up faster than ever. Idk if it’s these pills or the new face soap I’m using but I’m thinking it’s the pills. I’ve used so many different face washes and none have worked this good. It sucks I have to take 3 pills at a time but they are easy to swallow so it’s manageable. I noticed the first couple days my mood was better and I felt more awake. A week in I feel like my mood is still good and better than usua. I also feel like I get fuller faster. I’m really hoping these help me get pregnant. I do feel hopeful based off the research I’ve done and the reviews. I’m hoping to give an update in. 3-6 months!!

This magic pill made me have regular periods. I have PCOS and read more reviews and studies than I should have. I tried to not expect too much, while taking 2 pills a day I had regular periods, I ate them with food and during the day. They made my stomach hurt if I ate them on an empty stomach and gave me a burst of energy, I felt a little ill for the first few minutes after they started working but it passed quickly. After going to 3 a day about 2 months in I started bleeding and didn’t stop, I stopped taking them but I read that this was a side effect people had. I have had regular periods for the first time in my life even after being off of the pills for 4 months. They made my acne a little worse but made my pms go from 3 weeks of psychotic rage to 1 small mood swing , maybe 2 . If I start them again I’ll stay at 2 pills a day. My hormones have been wonky my whole life and this is the most normal they have ever been. If my periods go back to one or 2 a year I will start these again. We are TTC and I will update if that happens. I wish I could give 5 stars, I wish there was more info about these at the dr office. Start with 1-2 and see if that works for you, if it does, maybe stay at 1-2 and avoid the thinning of the uterine lining and keep feeling normal. Thank you to all the reviewers that gave me the courage to try. It’s been worth it for sure.

First off, I do no have a diagnosis of PCOS nor do I believe that I have it. I have always been a 28 day cycle since I was a teenager ( I am now 33) until after my last daughters birth which was over 2 years ago now. At first I contributed the odd period cycles to stresses of school, weird breast feeding schedule, and breast feeding in general but deep down I just knew it was something more. I have tried so many different things. I came across an article that mentioned a blend that was a bit pricey and found this as a cheaper alternative. I began spotting a week and a half prior and nothing else ever came of it so I was frustrated/desperate to say the least. I was ready for my body to be back to normal. I ordered these, took 3 in the morning and 3 that night, the next morning I woke up bloody. I was thrilled! Coincidence? Possibly. I started ok 10/2 took them just about every day and on 10/31 I started again! 29 day cycles is so much better than 30+ days especially when you know that is not your norm. I will continue taking these daily. Also another perk I noticed was weight loss! I have not been able to successfully shed weight while breast feeding so I’m even more thrilled!

I know this won’t be true for everyone, but I really did get pregnant the first month of taking these! We TTC for a year (4 failed IUIs included). We took a month off, tried this, and it worked. I was never diagnosed with PCOS, but unexplained infertility with PCOS tendencies. They do make me a bit amped up, so I take them all before 4pm. I really hope this works for someone else too.

I have PCOS and I bought these pills to see if my scalp hair would grow back without having to use spironolactone. I have been putting off spironolactone due to possible birth to defects it can cause since I am hopeful to have another child someday. I believe it is too soon to tell if my hair is growing back. I plan to use these for 6 months to see if there is a significant difference. However, My eyelashes have been the longest they have ever been. In addition, I did lose 2 lbs using these. The only concerning thing I have noticed is that my 4 day period turned into a 3 day period and is much lighter in color and flow. I’m wondering if this is my body adjusting to change and if it will go back to normal soon. I have used an ovulation strip tracker and fortunately results still seemed normal. We did TTC this month and I am 6 days away from my expected period. Hoping to see a positive. These pills are large and unfortunately u have to take 3. They do have a weird smell and taste, but not the worst pills I’ve taken. Would recommend taking one at a time with a glass of juice. Update ** 01/23/2022 I am almost finished with month 2 of taking these pills. Still too soon to tell about scalp hair growth, but these pills have significantly decreased the thickness of all of my face/body hair. I normally have 2 different hairs that grow thicker and stronger than others that I normally pluck with tweezers and those 2 now seems to blend in with the other hairs- hardly visible. I have lost up to 6 lbs. I did not get my positive test last month, we will continue to try. Update April 5th, 2022 So I did the mistake of switching brands. Not because this brand isn’t effective for treating PCOS symptoms, but I thought I could have 1 less pill to take since the other brand had vitamin D etc. The other brand made my period longer, but did not prevent my body hair growth as this brand did. My scalp hair has fallen out more and I have not conceived. Overall I regret making the switch. I will continue to use this brand even if it means more pills.

I rarely ever write reviews, but I feel like this warrants one. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for going on 7 cycles unsuccessfully. I started tracking my ovulation with test strips and found out I have a pretty irregular period, therefore I ovulate irregularly as well. My cycles are anywhere between 28-38 days. I started taking this to help with my PCOS symptoms a month ago and am on my second bottle. My last period came on cycle day 24! And I feel like my period was way less severe than usual. I’m testing for ovulation again this month and got my flashing smiley face on cycle day 12! Which means I will ovulate around day 14-16, which is perfect! This is a huge difference from my precious cycles where I was ovulating on cycle day 23+. Even though I haven’t gotten a positive test yet, I can’t help but feel like my body is now ready to carry and my hormones are more in check. I will update if I test positive any time soon.

I have PCOS, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, bipolar depression anxiety and plenty of auto immune disorders. Of course I too cannot get pregnant and I cannot have a period without birth control. I have extreme symptoms when it comes to hair loss and hairy whiskers on my face and weight control. I have lost (and gained) over 200 pounds on three different occasions in my life. I am 34 and my life has been nothing more than an uphill battle with my own body & mind. I do my research and homework and try to be my own advocate almost daily searching for solutions to make myself feel better and I decided to try this and I sure am happy I did. Like others have reported on here it does help with symptoms. After only four days I got my first natural period!!! My boyfriend and my mother both made comments about an alien abduction happening because they did not recognize the chipper person I was in the morning anymore. My acne has started to clear now and my old lady witch whiskers are thinning and lessening in numbers. My mental health has improved some thus far. My appetite has even improved greatly I am not ravenously hungry, and not willing to kill for anything with carbs! I am hoping that the hair on my head improves but with all that has happened already I really can’t ask for more. This stuff has been amazing and a blessing. I gave up hope a long time ago but just maybe I have a little bit back now. Now since it has been working so well I kind of hope it does not get me pregnant...haha!!!

From having very irregular periods, to taking two of these a day and starting my period 3/4 weeks later, 30/40 days earlier than expected! I’ve had my shortest cycle in over a year since taking two of these a day. The tablet is kind of big but, it works like gold dust so don’t bother me. Defo recommend for any girly with Pcos

Ich habe seit Februar meine Periode nicht mehr bekommen und im Mai wurde das erste Mal das PCOS thematisiert. Nach einer Blutabnahme und Bestimmung des AMH in Kombination mit dem Bild meiner Eierstöcke wurde mir das PCO Syndrom Mitte Juni bestätigt. Ich nehme Myo Inositol jetzt seit Mai, jedoch habe ich die Tabletten von einem anderen Anbieter auf Amazon gekauft. Durch die Bewertungen bin ich auf diese Tabletten aufmerksam geworden und habe am 23.06 begonnen umzustellen und diese Tabletten zu nehmen. Ich dachte ich bilde mir ein, dass sich viel in meinem Körper tut da ich durch unseren Kinderwunsch jeden Tag auf meine Periode warte. Ich habe kurze Zeit später Rückenschmerzen bekommen und einen Periodenpickel bei meiner sonst sehr makellosen Haut. Heute, am 28.06, fünf Tage nach der Einnahme von 3 Tabletten am Tag habe ich gerade meine Periode bekommen!!!!! Ich bin so erleichtert und für mich kann das absolut kein Zufall sein! Absolute Kaufempfehlung von Herzen! Nachtrag vom 25.07.23: Seit Ende meiner Perido führe ich täglich einen Ovolationstest durch. Seit gestern habe ich meinen Eisprung und spüre ihn auch richtig. Alles im super Abschnitt und im absoluten Normbereich. Ich habe zudem keine Heißhungerattacken mehr.

Ich kämpfe schon seit Jahren mit PCOS und habe einige Therapien hinter mir und habe schon damit abgeschlossen, dass mir wirklich nur noch Pille helfen kann. Ich bin kein "üblicher" Fall mit PCOS - ganz im Gegenteil war ich sehr dünn und habe sogar viel Sport gemacht. Nachdem ich mit der Pille über 10kg zugenommen habe, mich absolut gehasst habe und meine Symptome, abgesehen von Hirsutismus, nicht wirklich besser geworden sind, habe ich mit der Pille aufgehört. Ich habe schon Inositol von einer anderen Marke probiert und es hat bei mir nichts gemacht. Irgendwann wollte ich Myo-Inositol noch eine Chance geben und bin auf dieses hier gestoßen. Schon innerhalb einen Monat habe ich einige kleine Veränderungen gemerkt und habe beschlossen, statt 3 Kapseln sogar 5 Kapseln zu nehmen (bitte nicht als Vorbild nehmen, macht es nur wenn ihr merkt, dass ihr es unbedingt braucht und auch nur für eine begrenzte Zeit!!). So habe ich es ungefähr 3 Wochen lang gemacht und danach wieder nur 3 Kapseln. Nachdem ich für ein ganzes Jahr keine einzige Periode bekommen habe, habe ich nach nur 2 Monaten Myo-Inositol meine erste Periode bekommen :) Seitdem kam meine Periode jeden zweiten Monat und jetzt sogar schon nach einem Monat. Ich habe nebenbei schon vor Inositol auch meine Ernährung komplett umgestellt, da kann ich das Buch "Leben mit dem PCO-Syndrom" von Julia Schultz empfehlen. Ich mache keinen übertriebenen Krafttraining mehr wie früher, meistens nur noch Laufen, Pilates und leichtes Krafttraining, da ich jeglichen Stress maximal reduzieren musste.

Ich habe pcos und leide unter unregelmäßigen aber dennoch eintretenden Zyklus und den andauernden Heißhunger auf süßem und Hautproblemen. Da bis dato ohnehin nichts brachte gab ich dem Produkt eine Chance ohne allzu große Hoffnungen zu haben ABEr ehe ich mich versah war meiñ Heißhunger nach süßem beinahe ausgelöscht und meine Haut war rein wirklich pickelfrei Es war ein Traum Das sollte es wohl auch nur kurzzeitig sein Nach genau einem Monat Einnahme und dem öffnen einer neuen Packung bekam ich vom Produkt selbst Pickel und komische Knubbel in der Leistengegend. Da ich zu dem Zeitpunkt nichts anderes Einnahm als im vorigen Monat auch schloss ich dass es die Tabletten sein müssen. Also setzte ich aus , versuchte es nach zwei Wochen erneut mit dem selben Ergebnis, versuchte dann eine andere Marke mit ebenfalls demselben Ergebnis Scheinbar kann dies bei Leuten auftreten die Vitamin b Unverträglichkeiten haben, bzw generell Unverträglichkeiten haben d.h. es kann nicht jedem helfen bzw Nebenwirkungen für einige Leute bereithalten Da es mir anfänglich half und noch immer meine Heißhunger nach süßem stoppen würde, wenn nicht die Pickel wären, und es an meinem empfindlichen körper liegt, dass ich sie nicht weitereinnehme, gebe ich dennoch 4 sterne Update Zwei Monate später wagte ich es erneut, diesmal waren Pickel und zuvor erwähnte Symptome tatsächlich kein Problem aber ich bekam vermehrt Zwischenblutungen. Dies ging etwas zwei bis zweieinhalb Monate lang und nach intensiven Recherchen stellte ich fest, dass mehrere Menschen dies bei inosotol erlebt hatten. Aber auch dies legte sich wieder , dennoch sollte man dies als evtl Konsument. Für mich relativieren die Vorteile, alles negative,zudem diese sich letztlich legten Update 2.0 Nun nehme ich das Präparat schon seit über 6 Monaten nach dem letzten Update. Und es hilft mir enorm. Ich hätte auch andere myoinositol Präparate genommen, aber dies ist das einzige ohne Nebenwirkungen bei mir. Ich merke auch sofort nach einer Pause von zwei Tagen , wie viel diese meinen körper tatsächlich regulieren und helfen. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen Update 3.0 (August 2025) Ich nehme dieses Produkt weiterhin allerdings war es bis vor kurzem bis zu drei Monate nicht erhältlich Und tatsächlich stimmt die Verpackung auch nicht mehr überein, bzw die Zusammensetzung. Hintergrund ist vermutlich die Tatsache das ein gewisses Produkt die Zusammensetzung von 40:1 patentiert hat und das wohl einige Produkte betroffen haben die daraufhin ihre Zusammensetzung ändern mussten
