Anti-Snoring Aid for Occasional Snoring – Gentle Tongue Positioning, Non-Medical, Reusable

I have a long snoring history. After many failing solutions, I made a corrective surgery and solved my snoring and sleep apnea problem... for about 5 years (anathomy tends to return to what it was). No nose clips or sprays avoid epic snoring every night and I had to start sleeping in the couch. I bought this tongue retainer as my last desperate hope, and how about it? I really stop snoring and I am sleeping in my bed again. It's not wonderful, because it's not very confortable to have this piece holding your tongue. The first times my tongue hurted and I couldn't use it a complete night ou two nights in a row, but now I can keep it without pain. The adaptation is not easy and you should follow the adaptation instructions for better results. As I start saying it's not very confortable to sleep with it, but it can save your marriage and you have better sleep. May not result for everyone, but for me, it did.

I thought that after watching the product advert, it looked really good and effective, to stop my snoring. I have never been so wrong. It was so uncomfortable to wear, made my tongue sore, my lingual frenulum is so sore now, it is sore to swallow I cut a section out to see if it would ease the problem. But sadly, it did not.

This has significantly reduced my storing, but it did need some adjustment to be comfortable. My tongue was not long enough for this device to be comfortable enough but luckily by making some slight adjustments I have managed to trim the lower section to be more comfortable on the lower tongue. It has reduced my snoring significantly

Original: If you're considering getting a tongue retainer, there's one thing you should know: it hurts. I tried wearing one for just five minutes, and my tongue felt like it was on fire. The pain was so intense that I couldn't keep it in for more than a few seconds. I can't imagine how anyone could tolerate wearing one of these things for an entire night. If you're looking for a retainer that won't make your tongue sore, you might want to consider another option.

My children love that mum has a dummy! It's taking some getting used to, has fallen off at night which was warmed might happen. Immediate impact of reduced snoring..check the stats! I felt more refreshed too...will persevere as I need better sleep.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I have snored loudly since around that age of 10. Pissed everyone off over the years with insanely loud snoring. This product is magical!!!! Instant results, don't have any drooling or tongue pain, just nice and quiet sleep. Feel like I've slept 12 hours off 6. The mrs was sceptical at first, but she might love it more than I do.

I don't have a big mouth, not everyone has a big mouth. One size, does not always fit all. This does not fit me... I find it pulls my tongue really far, so far that I can't swallow. I don't know about other people, but I tend to swallow in my sleep. With this, I can't. Well... Until it comes off when I try to swallow. I find it comes off a lot as, it's somewhat too big so it is only just able to keep hold of my tongue. If you have a big mouth, or if you don't swallow in your sleep, it might work. But it doesn't work for me. Maybe if it was smaller it would.

Finally! Tried mouthguard, nose strips and used an app to track my snoring This is the only thing that has worked for me Everyone will be different and it isn't the most comfiest thing as you can imagine But if it curbs my snoring it's 10/10 for me and I'll take my tongue being twice the size in a morning to help

Very uncomfortable. My tongue is not big enough to fill in that whole space and there's no mechanism to stop me from biting my own tongue. I have to actively hold my jaw open and it's straining. Even after jumping all the hoops I haven't had a good sleep once I managed to fall asleep. Next day, I had a weird feeling in my mouth and my gum looked bruised.

Ero abbastanza scettica perché ho provato un po’ di tutto per smettere di russare, ma senza successo. Questo dispositivo invece funziona davvero! L’ho provato per qualche settimana prima di recensirlo, ma devo dire che nel mio caso è stato risolutivo. Le prime volte che si indossa effettivamente è un po’ fastidioso e quando lo si toglie la lingua è indolenzita e un po’ dolorante, ma dopo qualche giorno e indossandolo in maniera corretta il fastidio è ridotto veramente al minimo. Io sono veramente contenta perché ho risolto il mio problema e non russo più 😊
