Love the difference!
Didn’t think I would feel the difference but here I am feeling so much better and complete with raising my folic acid. Energy is up and Concentration is better. I wish it came in liquid but without flavors so I have to suck it up and take pills made with rice flour. Could come in a bigger bottle though

Dr says I'm a mutant?
Something, something mutation and you should take these supplements. Found this product that has both so ordered it up. Next checkup I showed it to him and he said "great choice, great quality" so I hit subscribe and saved a few dollars!

It's worked for me so far
I only started taking this once I found out that my MTHFR gene was heterozygous. I take 2/day and it has helped me be more energized when I wake up in the morning, but I've also been sleeping well and have a regular sleep schedule now since I started taking L-methylfolate. Personally it has helped improve my mood a bit more which I hope will continue as we get into the darker months. I don't notice a taste but I take it with a cup of coffee. The bottle is a nice thick glass and can reuse it for other things once empty. It's a fair price to me for this bottle as a 30 day supply. No complaints so far. If you're in a similar situation like me I'd recommend this brand.
