Very fine and mixes extremely well!
I love this stuff, it’s delicious and adds a caramel or vanilla note to my smoothies and baked goods. It dissolves quickly so hand mixing is fine, no blender needed.

This is just an observation review. I have used this company’s bone broth for two years. I have no complaints. It does what I need it to do. There is, however, one question I just can’t figure out. When I order the 2 lb container (to save $$), the powder is white and tasteless. And that’s ok if that’s what you want. If I order the 20 oz container, the powder is light tan and has a great brothy flavor. Both are labeled: unflavored. It’s just a personal preference I guess. I can and do drink the tasteless broth but I prefer the 20 oz, more broth flavored powder.
