Sturdy sling for the M1 carbine.
Good sturdy original design M1 carbine sling. It can be tough to get the oiler with the web material into the slot in the stock. Used a punch and 4 oz hammer to tap it in.

Put this on a 22LR carbine . Nice sling Stitching is good.

I came into possession of a WW2 era carbine. It was missing the sling and after looking at all the old ones as a replacement, the cost and what the condition might have been, I went with this one. Looks great and authentic. Price was fair. Easy to install.

Bad snap
The sling’s snap is very loose so it will not stay closed. I would avoid this brand.

It fits my 1943 NPM. Like it was made for that stock.
I've had the real surplus oiler and sling. This new production is identical. It may be actually better than what I used to have. I haven't put any oil in the oiler.But I don't have any reason to suspect it would leak.
