Worst product and disappointing experience
This has been the worst product and experience. Initially it came very late, it was damaged, defective and used one and it is not a returnable, I initiated the replacement, which was also expected to come late. When replacement was out of delivery, I got update that there is a problem occurred in delivery and for 4 days I didn’t get any information and no update. There is no contact number neither delivery partner nor warehouse to connect. Its build quality is so poor that you don’t get confidence to ride it. It definitely can’t support 120 kg as described in product details. All joints and hinges are rusted and welded like a very cheep product. It seems to have been replaced many times by buyers. I recommend never to buy anything that doesn’t have return policy, as that is a trap. Better to pay more and buy decathlon scooter that is way too smooth to lock unlock and ride with full confidence but that would last really long and can be used by adults without hesitation.
