Great product but only one set of bands …. Got ripped off the extra set of bands that were described … plus one snapped .. disappointed

The Ripstick comes with 4 light bands, 2 heavy bands, and online video instructions for exercises. This item works the shoulders and triceps very effectively—you can really feel the burn in those areas. The video instructions are clear and easy to follow. The difficulty can be increased or decreased by using lighter bands and adding lighter bands on top of thick bands to harden the difficulty as it accommodates advance and beginners. The Ripstick is highly portable, making it easy to use anywhere, anytime. Beginners, intermediates, and advanced users can all benefit, as it targets smaller muscles that can be difficult to train with regular exercises. Conclusion: I recommend this item to anyone, whether you exercise regularly or not, because it works the muscles in a very effective way.
