Arabic Course for English Speaking Students: v. 1: Originally Devised and Taught at Madinah Islamic University

Great book delivered in perfect condition

THE book to start learning Arabic. If you use all three books of this series, you would have a level that exceeds intermediate. If you are a total beginner, use the Gateway to Arabic handwriting book, then start with this one. You get a very good grounding in the simplest of Arabic grammar, without all the fluff topics like buying plane tickets or what's for dinner tonight. This means that you have an excellent base from which to start reading Arabic and actually understanding it, rather than having lots of superfluous vocabulary. It is advisable to have a teacher, and that does not have to be an Arab! I learnt from native English speakers who had studied this book as beginners themselves."Madinah Book 1", as it is so widely informally known, gives you the roots of your Arabic tree - others only give you the branches.

Perfect and just as I wanted thank you and very helpful thank you so much

Quality book, good price and delivered very quickly.

Great book to learn Arabic

Good book

Very good quality delivered on time

A small book which doesn't seem to be addressed to English speakers in the Uk as it was ported from a different context. It requires lots of repetition and reading aloud but it doesn't introduce letters in Arabic and ways of writing them. So, although it's not an intimidating, huge grammer book, you will probably need a teacher to check your pronunciation and to supplement your learning of Arabic.

I love this book. The "Arabic Course for English Speaking Students - Madinah Islamic University Level 1" is an outstanding resource for anyone looking to start learning Arabic. This book (I love it) is well-structured and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of English-speaking students. Clarity and Accessibility: The lessons are presented clearly, with detailed explanations in English. This makes it easy to understand the fundamentals of Arabic grammar and vocabulary, even for complete beginners. Structured Learning: The book follows a logical progression, building on each concept gradually. This structured approach helps reinforce learning and ensures that students can follow along without feeling overwhelmed. Comprehensive Content: Covering a range of topics from basic greetings and introductions to more complex sentence structures, the book provides a thorough foundation in Arabic. The exercises and practice drills are particularly useful for reinforcing what has been learned. Overall: The "Arabic Course for English Speaking Students - Madinah Islamic University Level 1" is a top-notch resource for beginners. It’s well-organized, comprehensive, and user-friendly, making it an excellent choice for anyone serious about learning Arabic. Of course it's always better to practice with native Arabic speakers but in case you don't have access to one or just want to learn from the book, it's great.

Reached right on time and quality of print is OK.

Its a great start to learning.

Sehr gutes Buch um hoch arabisch zu lernen. Es ist auf Englisch aber das ist kein Problem. Es ist alles gut erklärt und die Lösungen sind am Ende des Buchs wo man dann vergleichen kann ob man alles richtig gemacht hat. Natürlich wäre es schön wenn es das Buch auch auf Deutsch geben würde aber bis jetzt bin ich da nicht fündig geworden. Das Buch ist in Taschenbuch Größe und nicht DinA4
