Helpful for developing finger & hand strength…
Very helpful in developing more strength & sustainability in my fingers & hands… I’m thinking I might have been better off getting the Black Unit to push myself that bit further..?? Maybe I will if I master this one over time…🤷🏻♂️👌😎
