Right trigger wasn’t working on my RogAlly. I am not a DIY guy but I followed instructions on Youtube. The included tools in the package made it easier to take out the screws. It works!

I had bought an open box ROG Ally for very cheap on black friday only to find that the left joystick wouldn't register horizontal input and upon further research I discovered this is a common issue with these devices and ordered this to replace it. The tools were perfect for the job and the process was as simple as following a YouTube tutorial the most difficult part were the tiny ribbon cables but it wasn't really an isaue. I had everything done in 10 mins.

So far it works as expected only issue was is that the quality of the tools they provide is very low – I know this is a pretty cheap part, but I had to use a different screwdriver. Other than that, it was a pretty smooth insulation with few issues. I used a YouTube video as a guide

The piece i got was already faulty. Its waste of money. Dont buy it from tge respective seller. They are selling faulty module
