This was a direct replacement for my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. After finding several dead spots, ai replaced the screen/digitizer with this unit. Easy to install and has worked like a champ ever since! Fixe my touchscreen issues! Took me about an hour to put this in.

An easy-to-install replacement part! I watched the replacement video for my Chevy Silverado and had this done in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone having the ghost/glitch issues with their infotainment screen!

If you’re here, you’ve probably already watched the YouTube videos. They help with the install. Well, I gotta say it seems to have worked. Will know in time, but thus far, it was an inexpensive fix. Removed the old screen from the truck. Then I used razor blades to cut the adhesive around the old haptic screen. It cracked a few times. Taking your time and switching out blades is key. Once the screen was off I want back through scraping off the remaining adhesive. Very tedious. Take your time. Stuck the new one on, connected the ribbons, threw it back into the truck and boom, works great. Good luck.

So far it has worked well. Seems to be a comparable replacement for the original equipment. Replaced the screen in a 2018 GMC Terrain and it took maybe about an hour. Removing the dash was more difficult the swapping the screen. Just be mindful when removing the screen from the mount that you do not stress the ribbon connector.

The removal and install took about 90 min. Afther that it works great! I hope it works for a long time.

This was a perfect fit and an easy swap out. The hardest part is removing the trim around the screen. I suggest you invest in plastic pry tools. They helped a lot removing the trim. So far the screen works perfectly, no more ghosting.

Installation was straight forward plug and play and all functionalities are restored. The screen did go blank once the day after installation but returned after vehicle was restarted. The screen is a little grey as you view from the driver’s seat, looking straight into it the screen clear as can be.

Fantastic! Works on my 2018 Chevy Colorado LT. Took a total 30 mins start to finish. Plenty of good YouTube videos for install.
