I usually don’t write reviews, but I really had to for this one. I bought this Samsung TV a while ago and after some time a black horizontal line showed up on the screen. It was really annoying but I contacted Samsung support thinking it would get fixed easily.First someone came to check the issue. Then two guys came to replace the screen but the screen they brought didn’t work properly (was defective). A few days later, they came again with another screen, but that also had issues.Later they took the TV with them and brought it back with what seemed like a proper screen. But now after all that, the same black line is back again.This is the third screen replacement, and I honestly don’t want to keep going through this again and again. It’s been tiring to deal with the service and the issue keeps coming back.I’ll be contacting Samsung again about this, and I’ll try to update this review once they respond. Just sharing my experience here so others know before buying.

Sharp and clear picture quality.Great sound. Looks good as a picture frame. Very easy to use. Value for money.

The media could not be loaded. After 3.5 years the screen panel got an irreparable damage where the pixels died due to potential short circuit and now if I keep it on for 10 mins the screen literally starts to melt, and now I am being askek ₹58000 to repair this junk.Overall, Its been a very disappointing experience with the TV and Samsung's post sales service. I have been a Samsung loyalist and now I have become their biggest hater.Aesthetics: 10/10Quality: 0/10Samsung's Service: -10/10Experience in other products - In other products of Samsung I have faced the similar problem, where my washing machine broke down after 1 week of warranty period, my phone got issues on the 2nd year of purchase and my smart monitor got defect after 1 year (Fortunately, the monitor had warranty and the issue was purely technical). Now, I am preparing myself for refrigerator and other phones.TRUST ME, THIS IS COMING FORM TRUE LOYALIST!!!

Don’t go with Samsung ,After giving huge amount for tv , after a year in every Samsung smart tv remote connectivity problem occurs and that can’t solved

I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer, but my experience with the Samsung Frame Series 4K 55” TV has been a huge letdown. After only 2.5 years of regular use, the TV glitched right after a routine software update. The screen developed horizontal lines, and the entire panel is now unusable.What’s worse? When I contacted Samsung support, they quoted an outrageous repair cost between ₹60k! There was absolutely no physical damage to the TV—it just stopped working after their update.For a premium product, I expected much better quality and customer service. I never imagined such a short lifespan for a TV that cost a significant amount. Samsung should take responsibility for these defects, but their service has been nothing short of disappointing.I strongly advise anyone considering this model to think twice before purchasing. I trusted the brand for reliability, but this experience has completely changed my perception of Samsung
