Been using this for 30yrs. Not so easy to find in stores anymore Perfect for Asian dishes, soup, rices, noodles, everything. Glad I could find it here.

good seasoning sauce has a little salty taste but it great on pork chops, hamburgers and even steaks and chicken

Goes great as a seasoning for soups and also in salad dressings where you might use soy sauce. A great way to add flavor to chicken broth without using straight salt. Yes, this is like soy sauce and has salt, but you'll find it has much more flavor than you'd get if you did salt alone. Glad to have found this product on Amazon, as it's hard to find stores that carry it any more, and at some of the best prices anywhere. Possibly not as good of a savings if you buy the small bottles, but we like the 27oz because of how frequently it's used by our family.
