This expels its shells out of the side of the gun. Doesn’t shoot anything out the front. Good Hope play. Not sold in NY. It’s probably potlitics. Sent it to my son’s house.

I purchased this item (1911 black) because I already had a separate toy pistol that I enjoyed a lot and I wanted another. When I got this one, I happily loaded up the “gun” and went to shoot my roommate with it. Only then did I find out that it jammed almost every shot, shells do not always eject, and it was very difficult to pull back the slide. The magazine was poor quality as well. the spring inside got stuck, and was not pushing new shells into the gun at all. This product was a waste of my money in my opinion. The only plus side was that it gave me more bullets for my other gun. I’ll give it credit in that the gun itself does look cool but it just doesn’t work well.

My kid loves guns, I don’t. He saves his money to spend on this…whatever. Holds up and he’s happy, I’m not.

The size is good, the quality is alright, it shoots well but not very far, so it works but it's a bit difficult to load and the bullets come apart, not sure they're supposed to. Would say this is ok for a kid but not for ones who like to chew on things
