Maldon Cristalli Original Sea Salt Flakes, 125g

Particularly great for steaks, and also seasoning any dish needing salt just crush the flakes between your fingers & thumb when seasoning - it's good salt, what more can you say! As a handy tip, I've found it convenient to keep within a flip top jar, which makes it easy to fill and keeps it airtight in-between use so the salt remains dry.

Je l'utilise depuis des anees, devenue de plus en plus difficile a trouver et plus chere. Mais ca merite le prix encore. Le sel ideal pour viande grille si on aime avoir des cristaux encore apres cuisson. En plus , tres bon effet estetique sur l'assiete.
