I purchased the TheraGun Therabody Prime Plus on July 9th 2025. Two weeks ago, it stopped working. You hear a short Rrrrr sound. I contact Therabody. They tell me to ship it back to them along with the accessories and provide me with a packing label. I don't have the original box because, like normal people, I threw it out after a couple of weeks of owning the product. I'm charged for shipping the Theragun back for a box and packing ($9.99). I know this is not a lot of money, but its the principal, and also things cost more now than ever before, so $9.99 adds up. I ask for a refund for the $9.99 - Therabody's Support responds, "No reimbursement." I now come to see they are shipping me a "replacement" unit after they received my broken one BUT it is NOT a new unit - NOPE, instead Therabody sends me a refurbished unit - again, not a New unit. I spent ~$429 on this device. It breaks within 9 months of light/medium use and they ship me back a refurbished Theragun. I strongly advise not doing business with this outfit. The shame is that I was very excited to use this, it does help with back, knee, and other pain areas but if it breaks so quickly and the replacement policy is cheap, why bother owning this? Disappointing all around - the product, the replacement policy, and the displacement of costs to the consumer.

The TheraGun has been a game-changer for rehabbing a significant IT Band issue. I plan on using the gun before each race to prep my quads and hamstring.

I wanted one for a while but the price tag was a bit too far for me but now I am on a HSA plan and I was almost maxed out so I took the plunge and let me just say I wish I had a long time ago. I had a cheaper, knockoff brand one that basically just vibrated and it did okay but never seemed to help more than for a few minutes after use. This thing is a beast, it thumps like no other and is easily adjustable speed wise and the heat option works very well. It comes with a bunch of different attachment heads that hit every spot right. My girlfriend has an ongoing hip issue and she said it hurts every day but after using this she went days without pain. I can't explain how but that thing just works. Going to buy the cooling head attachment to go with it too to complete the set. If you were on the fence about these get down off of it and go buy it!

It is a good product, silent, robust, of good manufacture, powerful, of good autonomy to last long enough to work on a large area of the body, the heat function is very useful when the muscle pain is high, but maneuverability is not the best thing on this machine, the handle is too small or not well suited to hold it for a long time, it should have some kind of grip to better manage it.

Love it! Worth the money.

I'm not a rich man, but I am a sore man. Decided to treat my body to this top of the line massage gun, after using a few other cheaper brands and having them break down on me. I figured, it's almost $400 bucks, so it must be worth it. Even if it was made in China, which I try to steer clear from with other items in my life. I've had it for 1.5 months before it just stopped turning on, unfortunately. *Video Attatched* Had to ship it under a warranty claim and am unsure when I'll see my TheraGun or replacement again. I honestly wish I could just return it, as I'm less than optimistic about whatever they send me back working any longer than the first one. Too late, because it worked past the first 30 day return window before breaking. I have no idea when my repaired/replacement will be shipped back to me. I hate to be so critical about this TheraGun, but none of this sits well with me because of how much money it cost me. In the meantime, I'm still a sore man. Buyers beware...
