I have needed one of these and this set is perfect! Gives relief and easy to store. It is pretty firm.

The items are as described and is as they appear on the photo: rollers (a larger hollow cylinder for massaging muscles by rolling on it, and a smaller one that works like a rolling pin to massage muscles), a small hard ball about the size of a tennis ball for massaging muscles in the back, a rubber band for resistance or stretching exercises, all fitting into a carrying bag.

In general it's a great set for the money becuase of the multiple items that are included. But the texture and hardness of the foam roller is not comfortable to use. The best part of this set is the handled leg roller.

I've had back problems for a few years now and ever since I got this and been using it I've been feeling a major difference the back roller is firm and durable and definitely gets the job done the band is great for stretching and resistance training the ball works good for problem areas in the back and buttocks as well as the foot and if you have a friend to use the little bag roller on you it hurts so good I highly recommend this product and it comes with a handy bag making transport easy

Been looking for a good sit of foam roller and couldn't find any worth a while until I found these.
