Lo he usado pocos días sin embargo siento la diferencia en cuanto a resistencia y fuerza, incluso duele menos los músculos, regrese al gimnasio después de casi dos meses de pausa y este producto me ha ayudado a resistir mejor el entrenamiento y a no tener dolores musculares intensos. el sabor es agradable sin embargo a mi no me gustan los bebidas muy azucaradas y lo siento muy dulce por lo que debo agregar mas agua para disminuir el dulzor

Taste bad don’t buy this flavor

This stuff is amazing! I use it as a during workout and I finish it off as a post workout. I just feel incredible and it tastes amazing and it makes as well.
