Gel Nail Polish Remover, 15ml Gel Remover for Nails No Need to Soak or Wrap

I was really hopeful, but did not expect this to actually work. It works! As others have reported, it burns like crazy if you get it in your skin so don’t! Worth the risk to me not to damage my nails with filing or the nail drill. As directed I did use a course file to remove the top coat first. Worked well and gel scraped off easily.

This works as described. It is a good value since the tools it comes with are very solid. Make sure to use the file to really rough up the top coat and then apply several coats of the product. Let it sit until you see it starts bubbling up and then use the tool to lightly scrape it off. I don't want to keep gel polish on my nails since it seems damaging and expensive so this was a good way to get it off without having to spend the time and money to go to the salon. I am sure whatever chemical is in this is quite strong because it does burn a bit but the odor is surprisingly light.

I was nervous to try but it actually works. Do not let it touch your skin. It burns, wash quick and then you’re good to go. No lingering burn. I did a light buff , 2-3 coats and scrape. Wipe with paper towel and you’re done!

Takes time to break down the gel. And multiple coats required. Do not get on skin it does burn.

This stuff is amazing! Just make sure to follow directions and lightly file off the top coat before applying. I wish I knew about this stuff sooner and saved my nails the damage of acetone or the intense filing salons use!

If I can rate it zero stars, I would! The first time I used this product, following the instructions step by step. I lightly filed my nails first. Applied 2 layers and allowed the removal to sit for 5mins. because my gel polish was thick. I felt a light burning/tingling sensation. Which didn’t really bother me because some of the reviews I read, had also mentioned this. I gently scraped off using the tool provided but had to repeat that second step and only had to let it sit for about 3mins. It did work and a new gel color set was done. However, three weeks later, I tried using the gel polish removal again. I felt that same burning/tingling sensation, but this time, my nails felt like they were tightening against my nail beds and I noticed a few of them had appeared to be bending, loosing its shape. I instantly removed and completed the following steps. My nails formed back to its original shape except the two ring fingers, but all felt thinner. A couple of my tips were white looking and a few appeared to look dark and were lifted from my nail beds, feeling paper thin. I ended up clipping and filing all them very short. I didn’t apply any more gel polish to my nails, figuring they just needed to air out. A few days later, I noticed some brown lines in my thumb nail and the white spots spreading. Being that I work in healthcare, I wash my hands very often and wear gloves when in contact with my infant patients. So thinking it’s just too much moisture at times. As days went on, my nails has gotten thinner and thinner, some even began peeling completely off. On my pinking and middle fingers, but all has gotten worse. I haven’t used any other nail products since last using this gel polish removal and believe it has caused this. So as for me, this product is extremely harsh and I do not recommend using it. I’ve been left with such an embarrassing look and I don’t think I can recover from it. I’m scheduled to see a Dermatologist for treatment.

I gave this three stars because it does work at removing the gel. Although you may have to apply a couple of coats. However, you cannot under any circumstances get this on your skin. It legitimately will start to burn. It gives you a full-blown chemical burn and you have to be extremely cautious. I think some of the instructions at one point say, shake the bottle a little for any separation, and I shook it when I first got it, and it oozed out the top and burned my hand. You start to fill the harshness on your skin immediately. So again under no circumstances, get it on your skin. I like that it works for the gel, but I’m going to get rid of it because I just can’t risk that pain if it accidentally touches a finger or spills on a hand or anything like that again.

This gel remover is really easy to use and made removing my gel polish much quicker. I like that I didn't have to soak my nails for a long time. The included tools are also helpful for getting the polish off. Overall, it worked well for me and is convenient to have at home.

I quite like this set and I am pleased with how well and how cleanly it works if you follow the instructions. I think the key is making sure that you file off the top coat of your gel polish before starting the removal process. If you do that, it works beautifully! It took me only about 15 minutes from start to finish and left me with nicely clean nails. The triangular removal tool worked great and got into the "corners" nicely, leaving me with nice fresh fingernails. Once the gel polish was all removed, I then applied the included oil that is designed to nourish and lubricate the nails, cuticles, and surrounding skin and I think that it does the job nicely as it feels great. I think that people having trouble with it might have skipped the first step of filing off the top coat? Either that or perhaps the gel polish that they have on their nails is super strong or something, because it worked very well for me and it didn't take multiple applications. Also, this was the first time that I've ever tried a latex protector product and I think that I was a little bit off on the way that I applied it but it still worked well and was easy to remove after I was finished, and I was happy to have that layer of protection for the surrounding skin while the remover was doing its work. Overall, I think that this is a really nice little set and that it will only get better when I have a little more experience in the application. I feel that it does indeed work as advertised and I am happy with it!

I have tried this gel nail remover and found it quite easy to use. It comes in a two-piece pack so you have an extra one on hand. You don't have to bother with removing gel polish separately.

This stuff is Fan-tastic! Low/no odor and works fast. You'll need about 4-5 applications to remove plastic press on nails. 1-2 applications for gel nail polish. That's all I've tried it on but its been great. Brush on, wait 5 minutes, wipe off! Really, that's it. I've bought a similar looking one from a cheap orange overseas online company and it was completely different. This one is the real deal.

This set had everything I needed, and the gel polish remover worked really well within a few minutes even though I forgot to file off the top coat! It even came with a little set of cleaning pads to clean under and around the nail that I don't even remember were to be included. I've only tried the remover on one finger nail that I needed to repair, but with my experience, I'm sure it will work just as it says it should when I need to remove the polish off of all of my nails. The Latex tape liquid also worked well in protecting the skin of my finger, and it peeled off easily when I was done. I would highly recommend this little set. It was packaged nicely and came quickly. For those reviewers who knock off a star for something that isn't included, when it doesn't say it's supposed to be included, I'd say that is totally unfair to the seller! Fortunately, with this set, you have everything you need and then some!

While the product does remove the gel polish, it burns horribly if the product touches your skin so I’m taking g a start away for that. It feels like fire ants! It does soften your natural nail as well so be aware of this. Once the gel is removed DO NOT use hot water to wash your hands, you’ll experience a burning sensation. Use cold water. Sensation may last a few minutes after application.
