Streetsmart Vehicle Passenger Safety Solution GPS Tracker (Black)

Received my street smart device recently.Pros -1) Data lag is minimal - unlike other devices I have used, the data lag in this device is very less to the tune of just a few seconds unlike having to wait for upto 3-4 minutes for notification for engine on etc with other devices2) App UI is intuitive - The application is a well designed interface and it allows you easy access to all relevant information in just a single click. This, in my experience, is hard to achieve without having spent atleast a few hours with the application. With Street smart app, this was reduced to just a matter of minutes which is incredible given the quantity of information the application provides.3) Engine Scan is accurate - The engine scanning feature worked beyond expectation and detected all errors that the Launch tool had detected in my car. I had thought of this as a rudimentary tool without such capabilities but was very impressed to see that the device matches the level of industry leading diagnostics tools like LaunchCons:-1) Difficult to identify at initial point.The kind of communication team makes with customers is really commendable, I have seen as well - that they take customer feedback seriously - which is very important. This is strongly recommended for any car owner.Only thing I want to see for how long I get such kind of support from their team, if it continues than worth value product.

I am your that customer who bought Street Smart device which was registered to somebody else. After contacting the company they couldn't explain why my device was already registered to somebody else. They took 5 days to solve my problem.The device hardware is excellent without any flaw but I was a bit concerned about their online help & call centre response which is done by human intervention. But I was made to believe they would serve me during an accident, car breakdown & even when somebody tries to remove it manually. Believe me after that it started giving me every metrics & knowledge about the car along with notification. I was more than happy & started to love the hardware.only question in my mind was when human intervention is needed, will the company perform as the device & live up to their promises & standard. Because in human intervention area, Time is the essence of the matter during a car of accident, breakdown, device removal.With great distaste I will say their human intervention is a big failure. On 19th January my device was stolen from the car. But to my utter dismay I didn't receive any notification or phone call from Zicom.I am also sending a screenshot, so that you understand & try to track my device.Human failure shouldn't be overlooked.Otherwise even with best hardware & failed service it becomes a nightmare in time of need.There are plenty of similar devices in the market which would give all the metrics like streetsmart.My only reason of choosing streetsmart because they have call centre & human intervention in time of need.It's sad even with the best hardware Zicom failed to provide the services they promised.It would be wonderful if as a company you can help me to find the device or guide me what should be done from my side.Because if u can help u will get a lifelong customer in me, or else I'll try to forget the entire chapter as a bad dream which will leave me with a bad taste for zicom.Thank u & please revert back.Joydeep Roy Chowdhury.CEOWalzen Media Works (P) Ltd.

Best product showing proper gps location, need to update some more functions recomended like cameras or shooting battery down alerts etc.

• I did some research and found multiple solutions that essentially offer the same service, real-time GPS monitoring with the ability to setup alerts and zones. What stood out with Streetsmart for me was a few things:1. No external power source needed. Power comes straight from the car2. Discreet solution that fits in the car without it ever being noticed if so desired3. Reasonable cost with no long-term contract commitments4. Mobile apps for the iPhone and Android which is important for me because viewing web pages on the phone is not always a pleasant experience.5. Excellent customer service when I called to activate the device. I called up at 2 in the night.I don't write reviews very often even though I am an avid Amazon shopper but considering how much time it took me to sift through all the options to find a great solution, I wanted to share my experience with other shoppers to hopefully assist with cutting down the research time.Installation took less than 20 seconds.

Worst product I bought.neither does it show live tracking accurately nor does it give the accurate data.. after the car running over 100 kms the weekly Chart shows 0 kms run..The live tracking dosnot work even properly.. shows as last seen at ( a time thats around 4 hours ago ) a different location.I saw the comments and was impressed. let me tell you the comments are all fakei called up their team and asked them to check on this. they never got back to me..

Excellent product. Very easy to operate. Tracking car when someone drive your car & you are sitting at home . You will get all information too like how speed you are driving then per litre how much km you drive. Then your driving percentage it's show. Then you can scan your car. If you park the car & it's get tow you will get alert . If you get an accident then your family members will get alerts for 3 persons I am impressed . I strongly recommend to purchase this device.
