I've been using this cable to drive a 600W PC for a few months now and I've had no problem. It's a cable.

I purchased this as I am in the process of organising my home office. The next phase is to wall mount my monitors to free up room on the desk. I have turned our smallest bedroom into an office, but still need to keep the bed, which means a small desk and office chair. But as I work fully from home, nine hour days, it has to be functional. Consequently, the monitors will be wall mounted with sockets behind and all cables running behind the wall for neatness. This was bought for one of the monitors which uses a kettle lead for power, so no long wire to try and hide. I have also bought a longer one in case this ends up too short.
