This is going to be a long review, but it's extremely necessary so that others don't go through the negative experience I had. Last year, my company gifted me the BabyMood Pro. I found the concept quite interesting and was very excited about my gift. As soon as I received it, I tried pairing the camera, and it didn’t work. I contacted support, and they asked me to go through a series of steps that I had already done. Still, it didn’t work. They kept insisting I was doing something wrong, but I wasn’t. Even feeling uncomfortable, I had to ask my boss to return the camera and send a new one. The new camera worked; however, six months later, the power button sunk in and stopped functioning—meaning the camera stayed on 100% of the time. The "screen time" option, which automatically shuts off the screen after a set time, also didn't work. I reached out to support again, and they decided to send a new parent unit. Six months after receiving the replacement, the same problems happened again: the screen won’t turn off automatically, and the power button sank once more. I contacted support again, and now they told me I could buy a new parent unit because there was no warranty after one year. I decided to buy a new kit on Amazon just so I could leave a review. Surprisingly, they didn’t even send the correct product—not that I cared since I was going to return it anyway—but it just shows how unreliable this company is. In addition to the bad screen not auto-locking despite being set to do so and the sinking power button, here are some other cons: - The battery lasts less than six hours - There’s no clock on the monitor, which is quite strange since that’s such a common feature - The mobile app almost never works. It takes a long time to update and display the camera image. Not to mention, sometimes it just bugs out and crashes. For this price, it's a much inferior product compared to others available on the market! Save your money and a bunch of headaches. I also ordered another one, half of the price and with much more features! So I recommend you to look into another brands

I am so impressed with this baby monitor! It was incredibly easy to assemble and took almost no time to set up. The video quality is crystal clear, even at night, which gives me great peace of mind. Taking care of a newborn is pretty tough. I have to keep an eye on him at all times, can’t go outside, do laundry, or even step in the shower without worrying about the baby. This camera and monitor combo is fantastic and at a reasonable price. Now I can even watch TV or work on my computer and watch him at the sametime. The best feature was that the camera automatically connected to the portable monitor once I powered it on. I'm too busy to try to figure things out, so it was pretty easy to set up. I also like the microphone and speaker, It's very clear and sensitive so any bit of noise I can hear right away so I don't have to constantly watch the monitor. Another feature is the clear and large display with night vision option. Also it has an app so i can connect to my phone and monitor without the display unit. It's great when I’m at work or out shopping and I can keep an eye on things at home when someone is baby sitting, peace of mind. The controls are intuitive and well thought of. The display is lightweight and feels comfortable in hand and the kickstand is nice. The camera is well built and the goose neck with clip is a unique hallmark that compelled me to buy this one compared to other baby monitors; I can have an up close visual of my baby in case there is anything covering his face. The display is battery powered but best to have it plugged in for continuous display or it will go into power saving mode but the audio is always on. Great tool, getting one for my sister who is also expecting a baby.

Camera itself is not bad at all, compact and good video quality but the gooseneck mount is too weak amd doesnt stay where put or how you put it. and also freezes once in a while, but this is the lesser of the both issues. can use app or a display.

Well done! ✅ Smart Features for Every Need: The temperature sensor, motion and sound detection, and feeding reminders were features that I initially thought were overkill. But once I tested them, I realized how handy they are. The temperature sensor helped me ensure my baby's room was comfortable during the night, and the feeding reminders were great during long travel days when keeping track of schedules can be tricky. These are features I didn’t know I needed until I had them. Plus, I could record my own media, or play the existing "Bedtime fro sweet dreams" song. I also tested the 2-way talk feature, which came in handy when I needed to soothe my baby from the other room. I just keep the monitor on my office desk and be in control every second! The audio was clear, and the long transmission range (up to 1,000 feet) meant that I could still communicate effectively even when far from the monitor. This was especially useful in larger hotels or while staying in spacious homes. ❎ Room for Improvement: While I loved most of the features, I did find one area that could be improved. The app only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, which can be slower and more crowded than the newer 5 GHz standard. When I was in busy areas with many devices connected to the same network, the app experienced some slight lag. Adding 5 GHz support in the future would certainly elevate the overall experience, especially for parents who live in urban areas or travel frequently. Honestly I cannot say that the product is not good, it just did not meet my expectation or what I was looking for but the terrible experience is their seller in UAE which is “Jetsouq” these guys made pay the courier for the return and deducted 50% of the reimbursement, a simple robbery. Camera works fine. The only issue with the camera it’s self is that it’s got 1 angle. You must adjust it for the view you’d like and you can’t change it with the monitor. Now, we’ve been using the camera/monitor for 10 months and the screen flickers. We haven’t been able to fix it and we are past the warrantee. I’d recommend splurging if you can for a better camera/monitor as it’s hard on the eyes.
