The best earbuds I ever owned
I have tried so many ear buds and most of them don't fit Well. These fit my ears perfectly and once they're in, nothing can move them unless you pluck them out yourself. The sound quality is astonishing with great ANC and the gesture controls is very easy to use

Each time, I get disappointed by Sennheiser Earbuds, I promise myself it will be the last time I buy this brand, and I keep coming with every new release. As we speak, I have 2 TW2, with the left earbud dead, 1 TW3 Bought July 2024) with both dead, and now TW4, the charging case is blinking red and does not charge the TW4. I am using the TW3 charging case of the dead earbuds) to charge the TW4. You do have the best sound quality out there. But the product quality on its own is a disaster , let alone the crappy customer care
