Fresh tasting and smooth
I was very pleased with this ricotta, it was soft and smooth and fresh-tasting, as good as the slices I used to buy in my favourite Italian deli which were cut from a whole, drippingly fresh cheese.

Buy a different ricotta
Grainy, bad texture, nothing like name brands which are only slightly more expensive

I use to bake Keto cakes every weekend and one of the recipes including ricotta, very good quality and worked out very well with my cake. Highly recommend.
