This is fragranced!
This product is fragranced. This contains essential oils (see ingredient list). The average person would expect something labelled as unscented to be free from all fragrance including essential oils. Unfortunately, the law allows products labelled unscented to contain certain fragrances. This is misleading.

Nice shampoo but it's definitely scented.
Nice shampoo that makes my hair really soft but I'm not sure how they're getting away with calling it unscented, it has a very clear sweet smell. If you're looking for something truly unscented that makes your hair soft as well I would try the E45 shampoo.

Sans parfum contre les allergies
Contre les irritations j'ai besoin de sans parfum pour le cuir chevelu, mais ce shampooing décape et donc démange. Par contre il mousse beaucoup: parfait en gel douche ou même bain moussant pour enfant! (Pour mes cheveux je vais tester Mixa Atopiance, découvert hier: pour BB c'est un bon critère d'innocuité, et huileux pour peau et cheveux m'inspire confiance).

Awful smell.
Hated it. Likely culprits for the awful scent are the Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil, and/or the Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil. Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil is a fragrant "essential oil" from the rose geranium, and should absolutely not be included in anything for people with sensitive skin. Anthemis Nobilis comes from Roman Chamomile, and I've never known a chamomile not to stink.
