Works great, big improvement over the microwaveable eye mask I was using before. I’ve been using it every night and it seems to be helping my dry eyes. Glad I didn’t listen to the reviews that said it won’t hold a charge. If you’re not seeing the blue CH light up when you plug it in to charge it, you’re probably using the wrong type of usb c cable. My iPhone cable wouldn’t charge it - you need a lower wattage USB C cable.

Bought this because I keep having issues with my eye and was hoping to clear a clogged tear duct. It did not clear for me because I have a severe case that requires medical attention. With that being said this product is amazing and perfect for reducing the bags under my eyes. Just didn't serve the purpose I was hoping for.It gets really warm and has a vibrating mode. Love it. Feels like a spa experience

I use this to massage the skin under my eyes. I like that it has different settings and you can set it to warm and vibration at the same time, and you can also adjust the temperature. It’s small so you can take it with you when traveling. A moisturizer of your choice is necessary for it to work smoothly and make sure you wipe it after every use. As far as any changes under my eye area, I haven’t noticed any significant changes, but I don’t use it every day and I am not consistent with it. I enjoy the soothing massage it provides to my under eye area and I want to believe it helps smooth your skin.

Quality product and it really does help with dry, tired eyes! I use it with my eye cream and it's really started helping my dry eyes. I was going to buy the more well known name brand but tried this instead because it was more affordable and it's working!

Just received. So far, works great. Came fully charged, heats up quick and the massage is soothing to my puffy (sinus) eyes.Edit: I received this on 12/27/25, it stopped charging on 1/5/26. Today is 1/7/26 and it still won’t charge. It was a good product, until it wasn’t. Will return and look for a different brand. Changing review to 1 star b/c it only last a little over a week. Impressed! This eye wand is compact. Its vibration feature packs a wallop in treating the areas around my eyes that need a boost of circulation, and warmth. Power button adjusts your modes. Easy to get the hang of. I chose the rose gold color and love it for its effectiveness. Good value. It is dainty and fits into a snack size zip lock bag for protection against dust and scratches, and for travel.

This helps with some eye issues. All of a sudden doesn’t hold a charge. Only had this for less than a month

Does absolutely nothing. Feels good has zero therapeutic effect and does not affect any of the claims the product description makes. Definitely not professional level of therapeutic red light. The warmth is nice on the eyes; makes us sit down and pause… That’s about.
