Fantastic and gets the job done. Good "base level" of stimulation; add a caffeinated beverage for best effects. Take about 10-15 mins to feel the effects and lasts a good hour plus.

I tend to drink a lot of coffee (more than I probably should) but after years of drinking I was growing tired of stained teeth so wanted to explore other options. Pro Plus was a good alternative, you still get the caffeine kick without the tooth staining from black coffee. Recommendation is 1 to 2 tablets at a time and I find that 1 is sufficient for me to keep me focused without being overly alert or stimulated. If I'm particularly tired or have a busy day at work I'll opt for 2 instead. The caffeine wears of gently and subtly without have any sluggish side effects. For the price of a fancy coffee from a coffee shop, you get a lot of tablets that will last a long time if used as and when needed. The tablets themselves are nice and small and can be swallowed with or without water with ease. They have no taste. Happy with the purchase and will reorder more when needed.

Been using these as a way to cut down on energy drinks and they've done the job. Give you a decent enough boost without the sugar and all the other stuff in the cans. The comedown feels smoother too, less of that slump you get a few hours after a drink. Small and easy to take, nothing complicated about them. Not something I'd rely on every day but handy to have around when you need a bit of a lift.

When driving late at night as soon as I start feeling tired I take 2 of these. Wakes me up no end and keeps you alert. Works remarkably well quickly. If you/your body is used to energy drinks often maybe these wont so as effective? But for me they have been a revelation!
