Don't eat non veg and some veggies like bendi potato ,wheat ,dals avoid for atleast 3to 4months .take fruits and juices, chanch,use jowar, ragi .if u follow this50percent of ur piles problem Will gone . Don't depend on medicines for longer period Please change ur diet it's the best medicine .

Cured my sever bleeding piles. Its very good quality. Got pain relief from piles rather quickly. I returned to my diet meat oil and all pretty soon. Must buy if you are in pain
I think you should go for it if you guys agr facing fissure problem trust me I have purchased the item on December 20th gave 2 months to that item and now reviewing it after using it. The tablets were for a month however I was little lazy to eat them so it took me 2 month still haven't finished them but yes the results are amazing there totally value for money with zero side effects. I would also add one more point use anoac fissure cream along with this tablet for better results.
