No it doesn’t. I ordered ceramic pinecones and those work great.

Hello and thanks for your inquiry. The Ignik FireCan cannot run off a disposable green propane bottle. These 1-pound green bottles do not have the capacity to run the FireCan, and the included hose does not hook up to a 1-pound bottle. You will maximize your enjoyment of the FireCan, and save the small bottles from the landfill, with a 5-pound or larger propane tank, such as the Ignik Refillable Gas Growler: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y8VSW3D

Q: Rvs use regulated lp. can this unit be hooked direct to the regulated rv propane without the regulator supplied?

It is designed to be used with the regulator provided. If you have a good working knowledge of Propane gas systems I am sure you could design a control for the fire can to use the rv propane system.
