Company Support is Stellar
I initially provided a 1 star review, because I thought this burned out in 4 weeks. However, it was my bug lamp that died and not this bulb. I just received a new lamp and the bulb is perfect. In the meantime, the company reached out to me two times to try to make it right. They were polite and very helpful and offer to send me a new bulb. I am very impressed by this level of support.

Didn't last long.
Bulb lasted just over a month before burning out.

It didn't fit so I'm sending it back, but it came very well wrapped. There's no way it could brea en route....nice. I didn't know how to rate it so....A for effort.

Great but...
Great but didn't last long. Had to get a replacement because the original died after 6 months but this replacement only lasted 2 months. Terrible
