I keep these on hand all the time. When you can't breathe it's miserable. Sleeping with your mouth open is horrible. Not for people with Hyperthyroidism. And you dont want to use it too often. It lives up to its reputation as Heroin for Your Nose. If you use it all the time and stop it will cause you to be stuffed up, now you have another very real problem. So, just dont over use it. It is a miracle drug for your sinuses for sure.

I don’t know what’s blooming here but every evening I cannot breathe through my nose. This opens it back up. Don’t use for more than a few days at a time though.

Good product, but container is difficult to use. Helps stop nose bleed if sterile gauze strip is soaked in it and packed in the nose.

Works really well. Hate to use it but it clears my sinuses so I can breath. Saline just doesn't work
