Agony (Xbox One)

I can see where people are coming from when they experience audio issues / repetitive noises but I'm about an hour gaming time into this and Im relatively impressed. Only downside is that in my opinion the trailer and extended time for release over sold it. Wouldn't recommend spending £40 on this but it's definitely worth £10 I paid for it and more. Alot of dark places so if daisy fields and happy people are your thing then do not purchase this lol

Visually stunning when it’s not too dark. Definitely not for kids due to the themes and some of the darker content. This game was slammed by the critics but if you persevere you may like it.

This game is gory OTT and I thought everything I wanted in a videogame however gameplay wise it doesn't quite deliver in my opinion and gameplay is the most important thing for me. Graphically it's ok I guess but you can very easily fall off the map and die instantly as the game is very dark. It is hell but come on. Anyway the story will probably get you to play on but you can easily do without this game in your life in my honest opinion.

I was so looking forward to Agony after seeing the trailer I really had my hopes up for this game and even pre-ordered the game which is the first time I have ever pre ordered a game. The game came early which I was happy with but after 10 mins of playing I couldn't believe a game could be so terrible and full of bugs. To start all the text is really small so it's difficult to read anything. Then the first cutscene had a terrible sound glitch where all I could here is static. I haven't even played over a hour because it keeps freezing or the sound glitch keeps happening. The voice acting is cringey and the subtitles are different to what is being said and there are random noises which you shouldn't hear. I'm really disappointed I paid £37 for a game which is unplayable, save your money and buy a different game.

Aesthetically beautiful game but clunky and glitchy, story not really explained too well. Worth the money for something if you're bored.

Game is awesome it’s like a retro puzzle stealth adventure game from the 90’s as there is a legitimate difficulty here that you can’t watch YouTube to understand you have to learn how to play it.

Pretty much what everyone else has said really. It's a fantastic idea, but the launch has clearly been a disaster. The game is riddled with bugs such as: Screen Tearing Crashes Freezes Skippy Dialogue Data Corruption Game Save Issues I could go on all day. It almost broke my Xbox One X having nearly corrupted all my data and profile. Luckily I was able to save it with the help of Microsoft, but I wouldn't take the chance if I was you. This is basically a console killer. You'd be nuts to put it into your console, let alone pay £34.99 for it. Gladly received a refund. Stay well clear of this!

Good survival horror game but the gameplay is very buggy.
