A very simple book . It gives you all the basics of kebab making and the underlying combinations ! - great collection of non veg recipes not too many varieties for vegetarians ! -

Quite satisfying discussion on verity of Kebabs (and Poultry roasting) printed on recycled paper which can be stained and torn very easily so care required using this book (if you like to keep books clean, like me). very well written and easy to follow.
