• Its a good product. Its so powerful that it broke its own blades due to high torque but anyways I will replace that. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ • Its so loud that I sometimes use it when my wife is grumbling. 😎😎 • Its suction legs are so sticky that I played pranks on my wife quite a few times.😅😅😅 • Its cups are so small that I sometimes used it to grind single cardamom(Elaichi) as well.🧐🧐 • Lid is a bit cheap. It sprayed the chutney all around the kitchen but it made a very good graffiti. I loved it. I have tried it in different rooms now but strangely graffiti is not same always. 😐😐 • I bought it for 1440 rupees in october 2019 and its working perfectly fine till now. So I call it mini Sujata mixer.😜😜

It is good for the price. The 750W motor is good as expected. The grinding is very fast. However, I noticed that the big Jar is a bit leaking. The jars are very light weight (don't expect more for the price). The Chutney Jar is simply fabulous. i haven't used the Dry Jar yet. The lid should have a washer so that it will fix properly into the Jar. Overall Mixer is good to operate, light weight and less noise...

Excellent and fine grinding and mixing of the spices and coconut and other edibles....blades are fine and sharp...its working very smoothly ...motor is highly durable and perfect for heavy grinding and mixings ...no loud sound ...inalsa's customer care services are very responsive and helpful and good...instant service is given to you if u file any complaint against the product.. n I think it's the best product and the price is also very reasonable ...u should 100 percent go for it without a second thought

The mixer-grinder has seen minimal usage, probably used twice a week. It stopped working after 6 minutes when churning buttermilk. Also caused the fuses in the house to trip. Not sure if this is supposed to happen when there's an overload switch? There was no spillage, it was not placed on a wet surface, and I cannot ascertain how a 750W motor could not handle churning buttermilk. Inalsa customer care is only available until 5 pm; not sure how their after-sales service is; will update this review once I know. Update on 28 December 2018: The after sales support is beyond pathetic! Not only are they not available to register your complaint after 5.30 pm or before 10 am on weekdays, the phone lines listed on the Inalsa website are always busy. The technician whom Inalsa sent blew all the fuses in the house in the course of his examination of the mixer. When he couldn't rectify the problem initially, he said the mixer was defective. Then he managed to replace a wire the next day, blew all the fuses again, and said to use it as long as the mixer would last. Which was all of a month. The mixer caught fire on 26 December 2018, I raised a service request to Inalsa the same day, and they sent a message saying a technician would get in touch. I called up on the 28th to check on the repair timelines, and was told someone would get in touch in the next 4 or 5 days. Seriously? This is another reason to avoid make in India companies. Or maybe, it's just this one that gives the rest a bad name

The mixer grinder is light in weight. I got it for 1899 but the price reduced to 1732 after two three days. The built quality of machine is good but I can't say the same for jars and couplers. Thickness of steel used in jars and plastic used to make lids and couplers is quite low. The blades are however sharp enough to do their job. Noise is also less as compared to other mixers. Size of jars is also less. The piece I have got is unstable even on a smooth surface. The jars lock well on the base. Looking at the kind of material used to make it I am just doubtful about its durability. It seems that it has been made keeping in mind the people who have a transferring kind of job. In short it would be good buy for someone who needs a lightweight and compact mixer grinder.

INALSA crown Dx750 watt Mixer Gurinder is a nice product .It has all the features which catering all the requirements for a kitchen grinding, cut break ingredients in small pieces,stri ingredients etc with in minutes.I have purchased this Inalsa product as we have already had INALSA food processor which has been in use for the last more than 5 years uninterruptedly.

I have purchased Inalsa Crown Dx 750-Watt Mixer Grinder with 3 Jars (Purple/White) from Amazon. I am happy with the product. I got the brand new product. In last few days I have tested every item like Rice , Chanadal, Dahinya , Chatani, Red chilli etc.. in this new mixer/grinder and it worked very well. I don’t find any issues with the product. Jar Quality is also very good. It is good for small family.

Light weight, good finish of exterior and excellent quality SS jars. The noise level is acceptable for the high rpm. SS jars are easy to clean and have a long life and look clean as against plastic jars. I don't expect problems over long use. It is early to say about its life. However, great value for the amount paid.
