It’s really good. However, if you draw too much load, the fuse might burn out — but don’t worry, you can easily replace it for just ₹10. I suggest not running multiple high-power devices together on the same 4-switch board like I did (I used a 2000W induction, RO, and kettle at the same time — yes, you read that right!). The fuse went off once, but I’ve been using it for 9 months now and it’s still working great. Definitely worth buying!

Good extension board

● The cord is white in colour with red inserts and black print. It is around 11 inches long and 2 inches wide with 1 inch high ● There are four sockets and switches, a 6A fuse and four LED indicators. The sockets are labelled Computer, Monitor, Printer and Speaker ● The sockets are shuttered with rubber doors ● There is an LED indicator to indicate power state and three other indicators that show various states ◆ The cable is around a meter and a half in length with standard 3-pin plug ◆ There are nail sockets at the back to wall-hang this strip ● This can be opened for repairs by means of the six screws at the back ● Overall, the build quality is strong and sturdy ** Usage & Performance ** ● The strip is powered on by On/Off switch. If everything is alright, 1st and 3rd LEDs light up and power will be through into the first socket ● The three LED indicators light up in different combinations to indicate various states of filters which are marked clearly. I have never seen any of those combinations coming up and I dont really know what they are either ● The sockets accept Indian, US and EU plugs. It accepts 2 pin as well as 3 pin plugs ● There is plenty of room between the sockets ● The toal wattage of devices that can be connected is 1500watts. In the event of an overload, the 6A fuse blows out and the Fuse Blown LED lights up ● The rubber shutters avoid chances for accidental contact with socket pins ● There are four sockets and three switches only. One socket is directly wired with On/Off switch. I dont think this is a weird design since they have designed to use it with a computer system. So, if the computer is connected to the directly wired socket, all other devices that are dependant on computer will not be needed if computer is turned off. This means if the On/Off switch is on, computer turns on and other devices can be turned on with individual switches. ● Eventhough the labelling says this would filter radio interferences due to radio and electromagnetic signals, I had no opportunity to test that ** I dont like these ** ● The length of the cable is too short for an extension cord. I would be more happy if it was more than 2 meters ● The colour is white and the finish is matte-like. This will definitely catch a lot of dirt and dust over a period of time ** Summary ** ● I use this at my TV stand to connect DVD player, Set Top Box, speakers, etc. and is quite happy with the performance so far ● I paid Rs.449 in Feb-17. Eventhough there are a few things that I dont like on these, I very well knew these from the product description. Good product. Although some new mobile chargers with big adapter bricks cannot go in the plug fully due to individual switches. But a very good product nevertheless, the plugs have internal shutters, when you remove plugs it shuts, thereby not allowing dust to go it. If only the plugs & switches were slightly more spaced out, it would allow big charging bricks to be used. Perfect for PC use.

Good for multiple plugs

It worked for a year and got short circuit and wire heated up and burnt. Missed major accident. Not sure why the failure mechanism dint work or why fuse dint blow before wire burn. Be cautious

Been using this since 4 years. Old one got shorted (One led light blew up) after high voltage flow in Bengaluru. Bought the same item online for its safety rating. Working fine, great product with multi switch to on off without affecting other devices connected. A must have device for your computer, monitors and chargers fron the unreliable electricity supply in Bengaluru. Remove plug from socket when not in use to protect the device itself from surges.
