Received defective product... Heating is not working , trying contacting customer support, returning, exchanging but nothing is to avail... There is not solution at all once product is received...

The product is good for foot massage. At first delivery the product was damaged and came without remote, warranty card and user manual. But the seller replaced it in 3days. Good job from the seller. The product tends to lose putting pressure to press the feet from sides in fews days depending on usage, because the pads or hard sponge on the sides get wider or softer with usage and with use by bigger foot also. So continued usage by bigger foot person and then use for smaller foot person, the smaller foot person will not feel good pressure massage on side. Since this is the design of all foot massagers with pad on side, all tend to show same behavior, but compared to other brands lifelong is really better and worth the money. However the lower ball movement massage is awesome and is very relaxing. Infrared heating is minimal and just good enuf for massage and not a real warm feel. The remote function range is not more than 15cm from the sensor point even with new battery. Product recommended for relaxing foot massage but not for pain relief massage. Not good for calf muscles or hand/wrist massage. Writing this real true experience review after 15mins per day use of Lifelong LLM81 foot massager for 10 continuous days and to get extended 6month warranty on product as mentioned in card that came with delivery.

I did lots of research before I ordered this product I wanted something compact & easy to use and can be used when she is sleeping on bed, so this was ideal product + value for money, it is nice, feels comfortable and good after using. However I assumed it can be reclined I see something underneath where I should receive attachment where it can be reclined hence have attached photos however I have not received that in box. Seller please get back on this. I feel packaging must be more safe and no branded box comes along it comes with brown Amazon box that’s alright but more study packaging or a label that says electronic Handel with care on top should be mentioned on the box.
