Are the brown papers unbleached? what are they made from? (e.g. rich or hemp?) are the paper tips unbleached also?

Unbleached papers are made from the natural pulp and They are not made of hemp as hemp is a stem of sativa. Paper tips which come in various colors do not undergo any bleaching process. They are made of special paper and undergoes a process to remove any kind of decal that helps in smooth rolling.

do the roach papers have groves to fold them ?

No they do not have because some people make bigger folds and some people make smaller folds and we dont want to restrict people by giving perforation
