Very useful for the elderly because the keyboard has large sized keys and for hard of hearing it has adjustable sound levels for the ring tone.Our elderly relative is really pleased with her new phones.

NO usable manual provided and really difficult to find it.The phone(s) come without printed manual and the provide link (via QR code) takes you to a FAQ page but not the manual. This manual is absolutely needed to allow to program some of the features of the phone, otherwise the phones are very good. Searching for the manual is very tricky and convoluted.The problem partially arises from the fact that the online manuals are hidden away and that the product code to be used for a model search has to omit the dash after the KX ..... .Pity, that I cannot provide the link here to help you find it. Reducing the packaging and replacing this (excessive packaging) with a manual would be a good start.

Seemed ok but did not work on my mum’s telephone network at her home. Had to return unfortunately

Quality of hearing was crackly, calls were cut off. I returned it.

well packaged. can call from one room to another. has loud speaker , pity volume does not go a little louder

Good clear buttons, numbers are bigger than normal so easier to press. Haven't used the answerphone as service provider already has this facility . Downside is no instructions in the pack and hard to find on line. QR code takes you to the Panasonic website but you need to search in archive before you can download the instructions. If you don't have online access not sure how you would access this information.
