This seems to work well. my skin seems a little healthier. I like the 1000 mg. The size of the capsule is large, but the ingredients are healthy. No stearate!

I take vitamin c after iron to help with absorption. I definitely think it works. Seems like a decent quality for the price. None of the capsules were melted or broken. Not the top of the line for full effects. Still good

Easy to Swallow, Doesn't Fight Back
I tend to lean into a carnivore, which is very low in Vitamin C. With that, I don't enjoy taking traditional vitamins because let's face it, they are not as good as the sugar rolled gummy vitamins. These aren't sweet and lovely, but they do go down the hatch easily, so they aren't punishing to take. I don't get sick, and if I do, it's a very brief duration, to which I attribute to the Vitamin C.
