Happy with this lightweight easy to affix perch. I chose same colour as old perch so the new owner wasn't afraid. I have Parrot and rescue pigeons & the latter are highly nervous of new things & colours worse than my macaw. I wear a new dress and they go nuts. So introducing new colour items is much harder. The price is good and pigeons don't chew so not able to offer robustness help. I also haven't washed yet but will be sure to update if it doesn't stand up to cleaning. Sandy perches are not suitable for sleeping on as can cause foot abrasions leading to infection.

This has really helped my African greys nails. I was on the verge of taking him to the vets to have his nails clipped. They were so sharp when he was on my hand they were drawing blood. He’s a bird which doesn’t like change but he was on the perch within a few days and after a week or so his nails are fine! Really pleased.

Tengo una Pyrrhura y el que tenga una ya sabrá que no paran. En verano si se posan en los hombros o brazos desnudos pueden provocar no pocos arañazos. Pues bien, este soporte es perfecto para que el animalito se pose en él y sus uñas queden limadas sin que tengamos que intervenir nosotros. A mí me daba mucho respeto cortárselas porque puede tener alguna venita en las uñas y no quería provocarle ningún mal al animal. El criador me recomendó llevárselo al veterinario, pero antes probé este soporte y en un par de días ya no necesitaba la visita del veterinario. Recomendado.

Bueno pues se ve buen material para limar pesa muy poco acostumbrada a las demás y no sé lo que durará cuando empiece a picotear la,de momento no se acerca.
