Gameboy advance sp charger
Worked great for an old gameboy I found in loft. Nice fit, doesn't slip out of port and cheap.

I thought my ds was broken but this solved it
My brother sent me his old ds with the charger but since it did not work I asusmed it maybe just stopped working after so many years. Turns out the charger was faulty.

So excited to go Nd the charger for my old Gameboy.
I had great fun showing my Grandson aged 12 what we had about 20 years ago in a Gameboy. I didn't think about getting a new charger . I didn't know there would be one . I still have a load of games and it's great .

Seemed fine to begin with, however when moving the charger to a different plug socket it didn't last long. Repeated attempts and the charge lasted anywhere from 14 to 18 seconds before the amber light goes out. I will say that these results are from when the GBA SP was switched off, yet for some reason when turned and left on, I get both the green AND amber light, and I let the console charge for over 2 minutes before shutting it off (Dunno why I couldn't the same result for when the console was turned off). While not difficult, I did have to wriggle/force the charge port into the SP a bit. I've seen other chargers that are USB-based so I'll be giving one of those a try and see how much it differs from this plug-based one.
