These have a real mustard flavor; the brand I bought last time was insipid and had no flavor at all. The turmeric added for color makes them almost psychedelic yellow, which I find entertaining. the sardines were a little irregular in size, but I mostly mash them, so that's not a problem for me. I was pleased with this product and will buy it again.

It rather tastes like mustard, than sardines. To much of mustard, which in its turn contains too much vinegar. Sardines are just LOST ...
