This stuff is great. The taste is better than most others I've tried, the energy was stable and actually noticed I was not as hungry as normal.

I love this product!!! It helps me in so many ways , especially with back and knee discomfort or I should say PAIN. I take a bottle after breakfast every morning with other supplements and before I know it I’m up and moving …. No unbearable aches and I have so much more endurance. The quality speaks for itself but it does not taste very good but 2 gulps and it’s down. A little pricey for me but it makes my 78 year old body feel so wonderful that I won’t live without it. Try it … you’ll be glad you did.

My measured blood ketone levels increase considerably after just one shot of this product - with the accompanying mental clarity subtle, but noticeable. Contrary to that experienced by others, the taste is not a problem at all.

Unsure what all the hype is abt. Save ur money or look for another energy boast A week later. I’ve used all bottles except 3 No results. No increase in energy or focus. The taste is more bearable in the peach flavor but it has LESS KETONES compared to the Green Apple flavor. NICE EVEN ENERGY! ABSOLUTELY NO CRASHES or cravings! I was even looking for a way to invest in this product but it’s not publicly traded. If you’re looking for a good quality product, buy the peach flavor! It only has 5 Grams of Ketones but the taste is more bearable. Only 4 stars because it has less Ketones and the taste is bad but not as bad as the green apple.

Give me energy and focus without a caffeine crash.

I’ve been doing keto for about six months now and decided to try this ketone IQ. The taste is not good. Taste like chemicals at first when you drink it it does make you feel awake, but you crashed really hard after about a few hours. I’ve been on it for about two days now and I am not gonna continue it cause it’s just not worth the hard crash.
