At $120 the mat is quite expensive, however, I still think it’s the best acupressure mat available, at least on Amazon. It does not feel cheap in quality and the spikes feel good. The color is nice as well. I also was in communication with Shakti customer service for a brief period and they were responsive and helpful, so that’s a plus!

I am in my 60s and seen all the junk and scams. Seen the many reviews, so figured willing to try another. Well this was much more than I expected! It burned, and I could only handle 2 min. got up and said another scam. 5 min later I felt a rush of energy and suddenly my sinuses cleared up, that never happens. The next few hours, I was just feeling great. Cant explain the science behind this, but it works. Glad I bought the Shakti, its expensive but seen it's worth it on reddit posts. As the cheaper versions have less effectiveness and more pain. I can say this, in Kung Fu you have to learn to direct CHI and this I think has something to do with opening those channels is my best guess.

First time using a acupressure mat and I enjoyed it more than I originally expected. Used it for a month until one of the circles fell off. Upgrading immediately!
