After lots of research settled on this and it was worth being patient. It’s everything I wanted and more! Jets works great, no hassles of external pump and filter. We’ve enjoyed it on freezing nights and the temps stay just as programmed.

Set it up on Monday evening, very easy to set up and only took minutes. Filled with water and turned the heater on. Only took about 12 hours for it to reach 104 degrees. Got in it for the first time Tuesday evening and it was fantastic. Well worth the money spent. It functions as well and the bubble massage is great for your aching body. Heat retention was ok...after running for 20 minutes it had only lost 2 degrees overall. This tub is astatically pleasing and seems durable, but time will tell.

We were so disappointed, we delayed taking it out of the box because we had artificial turf put in. When we finally took it out of the box and set it up, it didn't work! It didn't heat! It didn't bubble! Nightmare! Total disappointment. Let seller know, he did nothing, just sent us information to contact warranty company. Still dealing with this mess! Almost $1000 for nothing! Never been able to use it. Update: After working with MSpa, they sent us a new Jacuzzi. The seller let us down and sent us an item that never worked, but the company that manufactured the jacuzzi was excellent.

So far so good... Set it up yesterday, and everything worked as described. 24 hours later and it's 104 degrees. Works great, if anything changes I update this post, but so far so good.
