My son would not stop asking for a cotton candy machine. This is perfect for a birthday party or if you’re having a couple people over. It does overheat sometimes so if you’re wanting to make over 15 cotton candy cones then this probably isn’t the best one to use. It comes with 5 different sugars is large quantities which was awesome and it came with so many cones. It was nice that we didn’t have to buy those separately.

Seems to work well. Bought to use only a few times, but if you follow the instructions it does produce nice cottony candy floss. The included sugars are pretty good too. Fun activity for kids and adults alike.

So, we bought this for my son (3rd grade) to use in his school’s entrepreneurial fair. He wanted to make cotton candy - great idea right? I read the reviews and did some research, and we bought this. We wanted time to experiment with it and make sure he knew what he was doing. He got the hang of it within about 6-7 tries and was a pro. Fast forward to the day before the fair, he arrives home from school ready to start making the cotton candy and bagging it. We’d set aside the entire afternoon and evening. And wouldn’t you know it? The machine was done. Would not work. We tried probably 5 different times - my husband (engineer) came in and tried to work with it. It’s toast. I couldn’t believe it - my son was in tears. We ended up frantically calling a rental place and renting a machine to make the cotton candy. Needless to say, a complete waste of money.

It worked great, was easy to use and everyone loved it. It came with a lot of flavored sugars and everything needed to easily make cotton candy. Very sturdy and easy to clean.
