I am going through the hormonal change and now have a slightly itchy scalp. No dandruff just an irritated scalp. After reading loads of reviews on other products that are similar, this one is the best. It actually works which not being funny I was a bit sceptical. It is so cooling and I have very sensitive skin and it is fine for me. I am literally allergic to everything and this is very calming and soothing and so far I have had no issues with it. This cream smells divine and is not greasy to touch it is just a creamy texture. It glides on my hair very nicely and is not greasy either on my hair. It stopped the itching straight away. I will still have to keep buying this until my hormones calm down. My friend has also bought this as she has dermatitis and it has helped her loads. She has used hers a few times and she seems to also have a nice calm derm free scalp now. Great texture I know the pot is small but the cream goes a long way. Value for money. I am happy with this product. The cream is white and really does moisturise your head.

I decided to try the cream as my dandruff has been terrible lately. The cream has eased the itching and considerably reduced the dandruff. I like the smell, and it has a lovely cooling sensation. I've only used a small amount so far and am very pleased with the results.

This is the only product that’s worked for me and trust me iv tried so many. I have scalp psoriasis and it can get bad. After using this for a month it clears it up and stops me from constantly itching and flakes all over my clothes. The only down side is that it’s a cream so it can weigh down your hair, but it works wonders so I’m not bothered. Would recommend 👍🏻

Having recently fallen victim to Psoriasis, I thought that I would try this ceam which I had never heard of before. According to the product label the active ingredent is 2% Salicylic Acid. This is known to remove the outer layer of skin, and flaky patches. The online blurb suggests that it contains Ketoconazole but it is not mentioned at all on the product label. I did not find it does much good, it stings a bit when you first put it on. I was advised to try Polytar Shampoo (Also available on Amazon) and I find Polytar an excellent product. I wont be bothering with Pureskin products again.. At over £15 it is a lot of money for a useless product. I do not mind spendng the money when the product works for me. This one did not!

The product itself is nice and is absorbed nicely (no greasy feeling). The slight tingle you get from the product (mint?) does help relieve itching which feels very nice. However, long term use didn't do much for my psoriasis so it might not be good for everyone. I would recommend trying as others have had good luck and the soothing sensation is nice but manage your expectations.

I have life-long eczema which has lead to a lot of skin issues as i've got older combined with an autoimmune issue, i'm very prone to rashes & skin infections / cellulitis. I've had really bad psoriasis on my scalp for about 3 years that has only ever got worse and i have tried EVERYTHING, prescription products, every anti-dandruff shampoo / treatments, essential oils, emollient, Chinese herbal remedies etc. If it exists I have tried it! I purchased this with little hope and have been left very happy! It's expensive but a little goes a long way with this product and it is VERY effective. I'm on my second tub already bc it not only is clearing my scalp issue, less flaking, soothing the itches and I already feel the patches shrinking, but I've also used it on rashes I get on the back of my legs and inside of my arms and it's cleared those up completely. It also makes my skin feel super soft after and visibly healthier looking. The menthol / cooling effect is very strong, I personally love that but it might not be for everyone. Pretty sure it's cleared my sinuses a bit too! Cannot recommend this product enough, it will now be a regular part of my skin care routine.

For many years now I've been trying all sorts of shampoos, conditioners, face scrubs etc and being bombarded with the dandruff adverts. None of them trully worked. I'd even sit there picking bits of my scalp off (and it felt amazing... Until you got in the shower. Then came along this awesome product. I was sceptical at first because I felt I've tried everything short of going to the doctors. Apply it liberally and rub it deeply into your scalp using your finger tips. After a min or two you'll feel a deep cooling sensation and any itching is instantly gone. Smells minty too. All of my scalp itching, flakes and pain was gone in a week. I carried on using this stuff well after my scalp problems was gone because it felt great and smells so nice. I even put abit on my chin / around the beard. The only downsides I saw was that the pot was quite small, and it stings your eyes (even without direct contact) and quite pricey, but well worth it to eliminate years of scalp horror

I have really bad dandruff that makes me self conscious. I've been prescribed lots of costly cream and shampoo that didn't work. I've only been using this for a few days and there's a noticeable difference with itching and flakes. Definitely worth it.

Bought this for my friend and she said it’s the best thing that she has brought for her skin! No burning and after 2 days there is already a huge difference! Texture is great and no weird smell!

It might cause a burning sensation, especially if your skin is broken from scratching or irritation. This sensation can be uncomfortable but is manageable. A blow dryer set to "cool" can help alleviate the burning feeling, which usually passes fairly quickly. Reapply Consistently: Apply the cream after every shower or whenever you sweat to keep the rash under control. Consistency is key for effective results. Maintain Cleanliness: Once the rash has disappeared, keep the area clean and dry. Use an anti-itch powder to prevent any recurrence and to maintain comfort.

No effect on my very light skin condition. I tried for 14 days or longer. Interestingly, the active ingredient always worked for me just beautifully without effort and fast. This product worsened the condition. If it would be possible not giving any stars, I would.

I have only been using this product for 4 days and my scalp is healing quickly. It’s not greasy, it stops the itching and it’s affordable. I couldn’t be happier!
