Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 12-Piece Cookware Set, Silver Ash

We owned a Calphalon set before. It lasted 8+ years. There are some pans still as the first day but we wanted to renew our cookware set and we did not doubt in getting another one from Calphalon because they are so great, so durable, non-stick and amazing quality. This brand always succeed our expectations. Strongly recommended!

Absolutely love these! I started off just buying their 2 PC frying pan set and tried it out for several months before purchasing the whole set. I love how nothing truly sticks to them and how easy they are to wash. I highly recommend threes pots/pans. With that being said, to help out others reading reviews here's how my set is being used: I use them daily on an electric, coil burner stove. We also hand wash them. I've read reviews where some people had issues with marks on the bottom of the pots but I'm unsure what kind of stove they had, gas or electric (flat top or coil burners). How this helps.

We love these pans. They are easy to use and clean. The food is heated evenly and the color lasts. The pans are just the right weight as we have no trouble lifting them or pouring from them.

We have had a variety of pans over the years. By far these are the best pans we have ever owned. They may seem pricey but you 100% get what you pay for - high quality, non stick durable pans. I highly recommend switching over to these.

6/29/25 7 Month Update Review - (I DON'T DO A LOT OF REVIEWS, ESP UPDATES. READ THIS!) I was beyond happy the first few weeks of owning this set. The first true non-stick pans experience I've ever had. Talk about bait and switch. Between the 5th-10th use of the pans, the non-stick failed and it was never non stick ever again. Instead it became EVERYTHING STICKS. You name it, eggs, any meat, vegetables.... everything sticks immediately and burns into it. I have to use heavy oil with everything for the food not to stick to the pan. When the food sticks, it puts permanent black marks on the surface that I could not get and any level of scrubbing. I've even tried the overnight baking soda trick and even that didn't work. Even the pretty color of the bottom of the pans became discolored permanently. I am shocked that Caphalon decided that they needed to ruin the great rep of their brand with such a terrible product. Btw, this happened to every pan under absolutely normal use. And they were handwashed at all times. Never been in the dishwasher. Bottom line is that this is sold as a ceramic non-stick product as its one and only reason for being.... and at that, IT IS A COMPLETE FAIL. I am not even going to get 9 months use out of this set. I am about to go hunting for a real non-stick set. I've had great experiences with Caphalon in the past and wouldn't discourage anyone from the brand in general. Just steer clear of this set (and maybe anything in their lower tier offerings).
