Love the video game

A great game

Real quality football at last, the improvement in CPU AI and graphics has moved this game on greatly, both at a visual level and the gameplay; tactics are more complex for the amateur coaches who like to tinker, while quick/strong players will always get you a result if you don't. I usually upgrade every few years and buy 6-9 months after the game comes out, to see what everyone thinks of it, even the angle of the cameras has been improved on FC25 to show a bit more of the crowd, while still giving a good playing angle (I use broadcast with 5 zoom 0 height, no radar). Only downside the menu is rather over complicated and training is still boring. Anyone whose has never tried/play the EA/FC game before, will be amazed at this edition.

At the end of the day this is a fantastic game, with comprehensive content and great gameplay. My big frustration is that there is too much of a gap between the difficulty levels available, so I can’t find one that suits my ability. I can thrash the computer at Amateur level, but once I step up to Semi-Pro I very rarely win, even when playing as one of the big clubs. I can sometimes go two or three goals up in the early part of the game, but the computer always seems able to find a way to cancel out my lead in the latter stages. It feels like the games are fixed, with the computer controlled players winning every challenge and shots rarely missing when they need a goal.
