This is my 2nd tablet from Feonal and I'm very pleased. The 1st tablet from a year ago is used for streaming 24/7 live TV. Still going strong. I plan on using the 2nd foe everyday use. This tablet has plenty of memory and storage with very good performance. The build feels solid, it has FHD display for crisp videos. It's a very good value with the included accessories. It beats paying 3x/4x for a big name tablet for similar performance.

I just got this tablet.. so far the only complaint is the color.. and I read that in the reviews. I just pray the charging port last a long time. i bought a Doogee back in January-Feb and the charging port went out 2 times.. I tried to replace the charging port and broke the screen.. I got tired of dropping money.. so I am really praying the charging port on here is better than that one I do like the size and so far very good.. but I don't know how to add the keyboard..work on that later, not that important to me at this time. I did not buy the other tablet on Amazon.. but this time I purchased the service plan.

Although initially happy with the tablet, the touchscreen failed in 16 months. The touchscreen digitizer failed so most of the touchscreen becomes unresponsive. There was no physical damage to the screen. The included keyboard was sluggish and not very responsive from the very beginning. Besides there were no instructions on how to connect the keyboard and mouse.

So far so good. I will be using it as a travelling work device.

We got this tablet for our son and it was great, he used it every day and served its purpose. For some reason after a couple months it stopped charging. We reached out to the company and did all of their suggested ideas to try and get it working again, however none worked. They're sending a replacement tablet for no charge.

I purchased this for the maps but the screen will stay locked on my last location for 20 minutes or so or you can exit out and go back in. The YouTube works well.

A couple of weeks ago my 10-inch Feonal Android 14 tablet began intermittently shutting down after quickly flashing a message on the screen (something about “Warning High Temperature…”). It shut down so fast that I never had time to read the full warning. This would happen randomly, regardless of whether the tablet had been on for 90 seconds (seriously) or 90 minutes. After it crashed, it usually took a couple of tries to restart the tablet. The Feonal screen would appear, followed by the turning gears, and then it would shut itself off again. This process often needed to be repeated two or three times before the tablet would finally boot up again. I read an Amazon review that this recently happened to another customer, so I wrote to Feonal via the Amazon Contact form. I was contacted by Linda and provided instructions for performing a reset. Unfortunately, the reset did not solve the problem. I was then contacted by Relina and told their engineers would send an OTA (Over the Air) update, which I installed. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the problem either. Relina then informed me they would send a replacement tablet. Despite the first tablet having an issue that could not be resolved, the Feonal representatives deserve 5-stars for working with me, for keeping me updated, and for sticking with the case until resolved. Relina is a superstar!
